Power Training
Power Training get you strong, reduce your body fat, increase your lean muscle and burn calories. You will work your total body by doing Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts and other compound exercises.

TFW combines cardio, muscle endurance and strength training to increase your lean muscles and burn LOTS of calories.

Open Gym
Open gym is not a CLASS or PERSONAL TRAINING! You are working out on your own. Ultimately you are responsible for your fitness, but the trainer will assist you and be there to answer questions, support you and make sure the exercise are SAFE!
