To all athletes seeking an edge in athletic performance training, DC360 is the only integrated program designed and personalized training methodology designed to systematically and purposefully improve all aspects of athleticism.
Through an innovative experience and comprehensive approach, athletes will be physically and mentally prepared for whatever challenges lie ahead. Evaluation is an important part of any athlete's training program.
In order to appropriately design a program and progress an athlete, we must know where you are starting. DC360 evaluation protocols allows for KAAOS to properly and systematically assess athletes of all ages.
Athletes are evaluate on Foundational Athleticism, Sport Specific Movement, Integrative Movement, Visual Ability, Mentality, Communication and Nutrition.
Training sessions are 1 hour and are by appointments.
